I love my interior design class! Last week we talked about the French style and its elements, which I love. I want a french chateau someday. My teacher is an older lady born and raised in Utah so she has that distinguished Utahian way of speaking where she says words weird like crick and maysure and Frinch. Every time she talked about Frinch windows or Frinch chairs I was reminded of Franch..... fries and Franch..... dressing. I had to fight the urge to say, and for drink.... Per-oo!
But seriously, here are some of my favoriteFranch designs.
Today we learned about Spanish/adobe style which I have never been too fond off. But, today I really enjoyed it, I think because it looked like home. I never thought I would miss cacti and brown weeds but I really wanted to be in those pictures today.
Maybe it's because all the houses where in Scottsdale. I have always liked Scottsdale.
